1. General information

1.1 How do I benefit when placing an order at Tablettenbote.de?
Order all the products you need conveniently from home. Take advantage of our low prices, whether for drugs, homeopathic products, cosmetics or wellness products. Browse our diverse range in peace . As a newsletter costumer, you could profit of more attractive offers and extra discounts in addition to our permanently low price . (see also point 8)

1.2 Why can you offer such low price products?
Tablettenbote.de offers branded goods up to 60 percent cheaper than in other pharmacies. All products from Tablettenbote are exactly what you will receive in your pharmacy around the corner: original goods and original packaging where you might pay more for the same products. The reason for our low prices is that we are in permanent price negotiation with our suppliers. Obviously, each newly obtained price advantage will be passed immediately to you, thus we can offer our products as cheap as possible. 1.3. Are all products original goods? Yes, all products at Tablettenbote.de are original goods from original packaging. We receive our goods exclusively by pharmaceutical wholesalers or direct from the manufacturer. So we guarantee pharmaceutical safety and only provide goods, that we get from suppliers approved in Germany.

1.4 Can I get a presciption filled?
Naturally, we accept also your prescription order. Just send us your original recipe in an envelope by mail (Tablettenbote.de, Clara Zetkin Straße 7, D-02625 Bautzen). At the same time, place your order of non-prescription items at our shop. Once we?ve received your prescription, your ordered goods will be shipped. We will refund the postage of 0.62 Euros only for prescriptions sent from Germany. For security reasons, we may not deliver medicines that are subject to law regulations of narcotic substances. These can only be received directly in the pharmacy. For more information how to order presciption drugs, see at "presciption order".

1.5 What happens if a prescription sent by mail gets lost?
From our experience, a prescription hardly gets lost by mail. Nevertheless if it happens, your doctor can easily prepare a new one.

1.6 Are prescription drugs cheaper than in other pharmacies?
In Germany, the legislator requires unit prices for prescription drugs. All pharmacies, including us, are bound to it. However, you can benefit from our permanent low prices for non-prescription drugs.

1.7 Can I order articles that need special storage conditions (e.g. low temperature)?
Chilled medicines have to be delivered and stored with a close cool chain on the way from our house to your home. As we cannot guarantee a close cool chain in any case, we don?t dispatch thermosensitive drugs.

1.8 Can I order veterinary drugs?
Veterinary drugs can be ordered excluding prescription drugs for animals and drugs for farm animals. If your order contains prescription drugs for animals or drugs for farm animals, our pharmaceutical staff is allowed to refuse the shipping of these items.

1.9 Note on biocidal products
Biocidal products are excluded from the shipping based on section 15a of the German ChemikalienGesetz (Chemical Law).

2. Order

2.1 How do I find my desired product?
Enter either the name of the product, the code of the product or an indication in the search box on the top left area of the website. If you do not know the exact name of the product, select the appropriate category on the left side of the website and navigate to your desired item.

2.2 How do I select a product for sale or how to put the product in the basket?
Once you have found your desired product, enter the desired quantity in the provided field and click "Add to basket". Proceed that way with all of the products you wish to purchase.

2.3 Can I change the contents of my basket?
By clicking on "Add to basket“ on top right area, you can see all articles you have selected so far. Here, you can even change the quantity of individual articles or remove products from the basket.

2.4 Can I save the contents of my basket?
Each article is stored in your basket until you go to the cashier or remove products from the shopping basket.

2.5 How do I complete my order?
If you have placed all desired products into your basket, click "Cashier" or the cashier icon, next to the cart icon. If you already have an account with us, you can now enter your user name and password, if not, register now easily and quickly. Of course you can also complete your order, without registration. On the following pages please sign up or change your dispatch or billing address and select your desired payment method. On the last step, you will see an overview of the order data you have entered. You only need to approve our general terms and conditions (GTC). You can do this by clicking on the box next to: "I have read the GTC of this online pharmacy and accept them" . Our general terms and conditions can easily be printed or downloaded as pdf file.

2.6 How can I find out about my order status?
Whenever the status of your order changes, you will be informed by your registered email address. You get the last email when your order has been shipped.

3. Payment

3.1 Which payment methods are available at Tablettenbote.de?
At present, you can choose from one of the following payment methods: - payment in advance: you receive our bank details by E-Mail. Your order will only be shipped after receipt of payment. - direct debiting system: we debit the invoice amount from your bank account (only possible from a German bank account; for registered customers only) -credit card (Saferpay) - to do this, you will be forwarded directly to Saferpay after you?ve clompleted your order. Selection of this payment will be charged with 3% of the value of goods. We will charge your credit card with the invoice amount. -PayPal Express - if you have a PayPal account, you can pay easily, quickly and safely by this payment method. -bank debiting system via Sofortueberweisung.de - you transfer the invoice amount directly via e-banking. To do this, you will be forwarded directly to Sofortueberweisung.de. Please keep in mind that you need a valid eBanking account for this payment method (PIN/TAN process). From your 4th order on we offer you payment on invoice. Just send us a message and we will unlock the payment on invoice for you. Note: Selection of payment methods PayPal and credit card involves a processing charge of 3% of the value of goods.

3.2 I want to pay in advance. Into which account do I transfer the invoice amount?
Please transfer the full invoice amount into the following bank account: Commerzbank Dresden Holder: Stefan Gänsler IBAN: DE39850800000282983604 BIC: DRESDEFF850 Institution: Deutsche Apotheker und Ärztebank Please note: to specify your order don?t forget to place the order number and your name as the purpose of transfer. After the receipt of payment on our account, the package will promptly be shipped weekdays.

3.3 How can I redeem a voucher of Tablettenbote.de?
With your order at www.tablettenbote.de you simply enter the voucher number into the voucher box at the cashier function in the shopping cart area. Please make sure to enter the voucher number correctly, otherwise the voucher will not be accepted. Then, the invoice amount will be decreased by the indicated voucher value. Vouchers can be redeemed for any nonprescription products. Just one voucher can be claimed per order and customer. Please note the validity period of the voucher and the minimum purchase value that must be achieved in order to redeem the voucher.

4. Shipping

4.1 Are there any shipping rates for my order?
Up to EUR 75.00 total order value the shipping rate is EUR 4.50. As of 75 EUR total order value we don?t charge any shipping rates within Germany. This applies to packages up to 30kg weight. For packages over 30kg weight we always charge shipping regardless of the value of goods. Prescriptions will be delivered free of shipping rates regardless of the value if at least one prescription item is prescribed. For private presciptions we assume the rates for you if at least one prescription article is prescribed on the private prescription. For shipment to other EU-countries we charge EUR 16,50 and if neccessary fees according to effort. About this rate, we will inform you just before shipping your package.

4.2 Which company is in charge of delivery?
Tablettenbote.de delivers your order with the leader in shipping, DHL. So, we can guarantee a frictionfree delivery after your order has left our House.

4.3 How much time does it take until my package arrives?
The delivery time is between two to five days, depending on the products you have ordered . Common articles that we have in stock can be packed immediately, if order and concurrent payment is confirmed until 4:00 p.m., and we hand it over to be shipped to you within the next 24 hours. The delivery time also depends on the payment method you have selected. Since we only ship after receipt of payment, payment in advance takes the most time in delivery.

4.4 What if I am not at home?
Your order will be delivered to you personally. If DHL employees do not personally meet you at home, they leave you a pickup card. You can pick up your parcel at the postal branch on the card.

4.5 Can I track my package (track and trace)?
Yes. Simply enter the tracking number, sent to you by that E-Mail that informs you about your order has been dispatched , into the search field of DHL page: http://nolp.dhl.de/nextt-online-public/report_popup.jsp?lang=de . You will receive information about the current location or status of your parcel.

4.6 Can I have my order sent to a DHL package station?
Of course, you can also get your parcel via a DHL package station. Please enter your DHL customer number, which you have received from the DHL after signing up for a package station, into the field of your name (name + number) when you register your dispach address. In the field"address"specify the Package station number to which your order should be sent. Now, a correct delivery is assured. 4.7. Do you deliver abroad? What are the shipping rates? Yes. For deliveries to EU countries a shipping rate of 16,50 EUR per parcel is carged regardless of the total value of goods and if neccessary an additional fee according to effort. The dispatch is conducted by the Deutsche Post Worldnet. Please keep in mind that shipping of behind-the-counter medicines to Austria is not possible due to Austrian law restrictions. However, our full range of all other products can be ordered by Austrian customers. If, as an Austrian customer, you place behind-the-counter medicines in your basket, they will be removed by us. In these cases the shipping of your goods could be delayed due to longer process times.

5. Returns

5.1 When can I return my order?
If your order is already on the way to you and you want to return this order, then refuse to accept the parcel with DHL. In this case, the parcel will be returned to us. After processing of your return the invoice amount will be reimbursed to your indicated account.

5.2 What should I note when returning my order?
Please only return your order after contacting our costumer service. If you jar with any drug or product, we would like to ask you to describe exactly the incompatibility due to the use of the drug/product. Therefore, we will send you a standard form after prior consultation. Only with this completed form it is possible to return an already broached product and to reimburse you the amount of money for this product. Please note that you only can return items, that you have purchased with us. After accepting your parcel, you have the right of return within 14 days of delivery date. Please contact our customer service (info@tablettenbote.de) and we will send you a RMA by email or by mail. For further questions please also contact our customer service.

5.3 Where do I send my return?

5.4 What are the rates for returning my order?
Should you refuse to accept a parcel, there won?t be any rates for the return. Once accepted a parcel you only have to pay shipping rates, if the total value of returned goods is less than 40 EUR. For returned goods of more than 40 EUR total value we assume the shipping rates for the return and send you a RMA form. For processing a return, we will charge a service fee of 10 EUR.

6. What about private data protection?

Thank you for the confidence you have placed in us. Therefore we excercise utmost care and highest security standards to protect the personal data submitted to us from unauthorized access. The transfer of your order, personal data and data for the payment process and storage on our servers is protected by technical security systems and additional permission procedures. Use of your data There will be no circulation of your personal information to unauthorized third parties at any time. Your data are used exclusively for the purposes of logistical processing of your order. Should data exchange be necesarry to a service company for the purposes of credit assessment, your data won?t be circulated without a separately requested agreement on your part. On this website data are collected and stored via Google Analytics for marketing and optimisation purpose. Our technical standards For the transmission of your data we use the so-called SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with a 128-bit encryption. This technique offers maximum reliability and is also used for example by banks for data protection of online banking processes. You can identify an encrypted transfer of data by the key or lock icon in the bottom status bar of your browser. Permission, modification and deletion of personal data At any time you can review, edit or delete your personal data in the customer area after logging in. Please note: your access data (customer number, password) should not be passed to third parties. In addition please use SSL encryption during order process whenever available.
